KAMLA is a health technology Platform designed to support women's medical and well-being needs by connecting them with licensed gynecologists and healthcare professionals.
At Kamla, we help provide users with access to two distinct services:
a. Online Consultation:
Users may book virtual consultations with fertility specialists through the Platform. To proceed with this service, you must complete an online questionnaire, which includes details of your medical history, reproductive background, age, and lifestyle. Confidential information will be shared with the designated partner doctor for review of your case and to provide medical advice.
b. Marketing services to finance IVF and egg freezing:
Kamla also facilitates access to financing options for fertility-related treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) and egg freezing through one of the financing entities registered on the platform. To apply, users must complete a KYC form, which may require submission of sensitive personal and financial documents, including (but not limited to):
National identification card
Driver’s license
Club membership proof (if applicable)
Employment verification (salary slip)
Bank statements or tax card (for self-employed applicants)
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of KAMLA and all its related sites and services. By using the KAMLA Platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use the site.
These Terms and Conditions come into force once you accept service through the Platform or any other form of communication with KAMLA.
Please note that you should review and agree with our Privacy Policy as it is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The User agrees and accepts that the use of the Platform and the Services provided by KAMLA is at the sole liability of the User and further acknowledges that KAMLA disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
Definitions
The following definitions apply to the Terms and Conditions set out below. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, hereby set out the whole agreement and understanding between KAMLA and the “User” whether an individual or entity that accesses our Platform.
“We”, “Us”, “Our”, the “Company”, “KAMLA”, “Platform”, and “Application” shall refer to KAMLA, its employees, and authorized agents.
Users: shall refer to any independent people (whether an individual or entity) who benefit from the variety of services offered on the Platform.
Services: means KAMLA’s Services as described by these Terms and Conditions.
Service providers: refer to all independent third-party professionals, entities, or institutions engaged or connected through Kamla to provide services directly to users. These include, but are not limited to:
Licensed gynecologists and fertility specialists who offer online consultations, medical advice, diagnosis, and follow-up services;
Psychiatrists and psychotherapists who provide mental health consultations and therapeutic support;
Certified nutritionists who offer dietary and lifestyle guidance;
Financial institutions and fintech partners that assess and provide financing solutions for fertility-related treatments such as IVF and egg freezing.
Laboratories, diagnostic centers, and wellness professionals, where applicable, that may offer complementary or follow-up services through the Platform.
Platform means KAMLA Websites, Platforms, and Applications, whereby its Services shall be used.
Force Majeure: means an act of God, including but not limited to fire, floods, storms, hurricanes, typhoons, volcanic activities, or earthquakes, as well as acts, orders, or requests of a sovereign or a government and /or of anybody purporting to be or to act for such authority, wars, whether declared or not, war-like actions, revolutions, riots, civil insurrections, or civil commotions, as well as strikes, lockouts and/or similar actions in labor disputes, and any other comparable cause beyond the control of a party unless its performance has been expressly guaranteed by expressly waiving the exemption of a Force Majeure event.
Applicable Laws: means the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Eligibility
In ensuring that Users can form legally binding contracts, eligibility to use the site is not granted to people under the age of 18 years, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to Terms and Conditions and that you and the business entity will comply with all applicable laws and terms governing the use of the Platform.
Accounts and Registration
Account registration requires you to submit to KAMLA certain personal information, including but not limited to your full name, address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain true and accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and as such, you agree to always maintain the security of your Account username and password, unless otherwise permitted by KAMLA in writing.
User accounts are not transferable. You agree to reimburse KAMLA for any improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the Platform, Services, or otherwise by using your designated username and password, whether or not you authorized such access.
If KAMLA suspects, at its sole discretion, that any of the information you provided is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of KAMLA under these Terms and Conditions or the Applicable Laws, we have the right to suspend or limit your access to the Platform and its Services.
KAMLA may (in its sole discretion and at any time) make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), and request that you respond with further information or documentation, including, without limitation, to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a business entity or registered on behalf of a business entity, such information or documentation may include your trade license, other incorporation documents, and/or documentation showing any person's authority to act on your behalf. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to KAMLA upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, KAMLA, without liability, may limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Platform. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed/unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time, which are hereby incorporated and made an integral part hereof.
Services
The Services of KAMLA Platform are designed specifically to facilitate communication between Users and Service Providers, including but not limited to (Doctors – Medical Clinics – Hospitals – Medical Centers – Pharmacies - Scanning Labs – Medical Analysis Centers - Psychiatrists - psychotherapists - certified nutritionists), and where KAMLA is designed to display the data of medical Service Providers so that the users can benefit from the services displayed through KAMLA, which are described as follows:
1. Booking online Consultation with Doctors and/or Clinics: KAMLA displays their data, including but not limited to (names, addresses, prices, mobile numbers, doctors’ specialties, qualifications, doctors’ ratings, and available booking dates), and users can schedule consultations with certified gynecologists.
2. Booking appointments for medical examination/scan/blood test at hospitals, Medical Centers, and blood labs: KAMLA displays their data, including but not limited to (names, addresses, doctors available, number of available rooms, the area and prices, and the available medical services).
3. GYNECOLOGY SPECIALITIES (not limited to):
Fertility and reproductive health
Family planning and menstrual health and disorders
Maternal wellness and postpartum support
Mental wellness consultations
4. Submit medical and lifestyle information through a dedicated online questionnaire prepared to facilitate better diagnosis and care which contains, for example, (age- medical history - lifestyle - chronic diseases)
5. Secure messaging, scheduling tools, and a knowledge center focused on women’s health.
6. Access features such as appointment booking, communication tools, presenting Kamla’s provided services including (quick-reply messaging bot - voice AI agent) to answer questions about KAMLA’s services and educational content focused on women’s health and empowerment.
7. Kamla may incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance the user experience and support medical professionals. Artificial intelligence tools will respond quickly to your questions about Kamla, for example (its services, pricing, how to book, etc) according to the inputs and information provided by users until the specialist responds. However, one should not be satisfied solely and rely on the outputs of artificial intelligence because they are only general instructions, and a specialist doctor must be consulted
Terms of the services provided through KAMLA
All medical consultations are provided exclusively by registered and independently practicing gynecologists. Kamla does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The responsibility for all clinical decisions, advice, prescriptions, and follow-up care lies entirely with the attending physician. Kamla acts solely as a digital intermediary.
You acknowledge that while Kamla facilitates the collection of lifestyle and health-related data, any resulting advice, diagnosis, or treatment is based on the doctor’s professional judgment and the data provided by you.
Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you agree that you are communicating with us electronically. Therefore, you consent to receive periodic communications from us. KAMLA will communicate with you via e-mail or may send you information via text messages (SMS) or Whatsapp messages, as well as by posting notices on the Platform as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You acknowledge that opting out of any of the said means of communication may affect your use of the Services.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
KAMLA will request your agreement during the registration process to send you promotional emails or notifications related to the Platform and its Services. If at any time, you decide that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
Payments
KAMLA offers users the ability to pay for medical consultations and related services through a secure and licensed third-party payment gateway.
KAMLA reserves the right to alter, change, modify, or provide any payment methods.
KAMLA provides online payment services through Third-Party Providers. KAMLA shall not store any data related to credit cards. KAMLA shall have no responsibility for any error, damage, or matter similar that may arise to the User as a result of using the online payment, such shall be the responsibility of the Third-Party Provider.
The User shall ensure sufficient coverage of the respective account that covers the orders and shall abide by the credit card transaction limits.
KAMLA shall not charge users any additional fees for making online payments.
KAMLA may (in its sole discretion and at any time), make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), and request that you provide it with further information, fill KYC form and provide requested documents including but not limited to (driver's license, National ID, Card membership, and tax card if needed) to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to KAMLA upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, KAMLA, without liability, may cancel the transaction, limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Platform and/or your membership in the Platform.
Copyrights and Trademarks
All content included on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, KAMLA'S logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property and copyright work of KAMLA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws. The compilation of the content on the Platform. is the exclusive property and copyright of KAMLA and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights and laws
KAMLA and related logos are the trademarks of KAMLA. KAMLA's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not KAMLA's nor in any manner that disparages or discredits, KAMLA
Use of the Platform
You agree to:
Provide accurate personal and medical information via the Platform’s online questionnaire.
Use the services only for lawful, non-commercial personal healthcare purposes.
Understand that any delay or failure to provide requested information may impact the quality of the medical service.
Privacy and Confidentiality
The User(s) agree not to disclose, share, or disseminate any information obtained through their use of the Kamla Platform, including any information received as part of their service contract or interaction with Kamla, to any third party without prior written consent from Kamla.All information accessed or made available that pertains to Kamla’s operations, partnerships, medical network, business models, user data, or technological infrastructure shall be treated as strictly confidential. The User(s) acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or misuse of such information may cause serious and irreparable harm to Kamla’s business, reputation, and commercial interests.The User further agrees not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to establish direct contact, business arrangements, or consultations with any doctors, medical professionals, or service providers introduced or made accessible through Kamla, without Kamla’s prior written approval. Any such circumvention shall be considered a material breach of these Terms.The User shall be fully liable to indemnify Kamla for any damages, financial losses, or reputational harm resulting from any violation of this clause. This obligation shall survive the termination of the relationship between the User and Kamla.

- Anonymized use of your data for scientific research aimed at advancing women's healthcare.
- Secure storage and processing of all data in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KAMLA DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS. IN ADDITION, KAMLA MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES REQUESTED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. KAMLA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, OR ABILITY OF THE SERVICES. YOU AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING FROM THE USE OF SERVICES REMAINS SOLELY WITH YOU, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PLATFORM IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, AND THE PHYSICIAN AND/ OR DOCTOR SHALL BE CONSULTED AFTER VIEWING THIS INFORMATION. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY KAMLA WHILE WE ENDEAVOR TO KEEP THE INFORMATION UP TO DATE AND CORRECT, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SUITABILITY OR AVAILABILITY FOR THE PLATFORM OR THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, OR RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE PLATFORM FOR ANY PURPOSE. ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON SUCH INFORMATION IS THEREFORE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
ALL ACCOUNTS REGISTERED WITH KAMLA ARE CONTINUOUSLY TRACKED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES AND PERFORMANCE REASONS. IT IS EXPRESSLY MADE CLEAR TO YOU HEREBY THAT KAMLA DOES NOT OWN ANY ACCOUNT OF ANY KIND.
ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS OPERATE IN THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL OR COMMERCIAL CAPACITY AND ARE NOT EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF KAMLA. KAMLA ACTS SOLELY AS AN INTERMEDIARY CONNECTING USERS TO SUCH PROVIDERS. KAMLA SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, CONDUCT, OR OUTCOME OF SERVICES RENDERED BY SERVICES PROVIDERS. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND ENGAGING WITH SUCH PROVIDERS AT THEIR DISCRETION AND JUDGMENT.
Limitations of Liability
KAMLA shall not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damage, lost data, or damage to your bank account or your KAMLA account, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. KAMLA shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses incurred by you arising out of your use of or your inability to access or use the Services or any transaction or relationship between you and any Service Provider, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damage. KAMLA shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond KAMLA`s reasonable control. These limitations do not permit liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws.
KAMLA shall be entitled to disclose any User information it may possess to affiliated corporate entities within its group of companies, or if required by law, or if requested or directed to do so by any official government body. KAMLA will do so at its sole discretion or as we may determine to be suitable or in our best interest to do so.
KAMLA shall be entitled to disclose any User information to any of the Service Providers to the extent that enables them to offer their services or products.
KAMLA shall be entitled to add to, vary, or amend any or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The User shall be bound by any additions, variations, or amendments once incorporated into these Terms and Conditions on KAMLA’s Platform.
KAMLA shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of services due to technical maintenance or force majeure.
KAMLA shall not be liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content or automated recommendations.
KAMLA shall not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damage, lost data, or damages that may arise, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. KAMLA shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses incurred by you arising out of your use of or reliance on the Services or your inability to access or use the Services or any transaction or relationship between you and the Third-Party Service Providers, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.KAMLA shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond KAMLA`s reasonable control.
These limitations do not purport to limit liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KAMLA, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers, and employees, and to reimburse KAMLA with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy or use by you or any service provider of the same Services
Refund policy
If the User requests a refund of the amounts paid in cash to the Service Providers, the possibility and method of refund shall depend on the Service Providers' refund policy.
In case of canceling the reservation, whether by the Service Providers or the User, before 48 hours from the consultation, the fees paid shall be fully refunded.
If the User requests a refund of the amounts paid through one of the electronic payment methods available on the Platform, the amount shall be refunded within 28 days after deducting the administrative expenses, if any, provided that the reservation is canceled 48 hours before the consultation.
KAMLA applies the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 regarding the exchange/ refund policy.
KAMLA shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the provisioning of Services if caused by acts of God, including but not limited to declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities that are not caused by a failure to pay, labor disputes, or other similar events beyond our control that may prevent or delay service provisioning.
Applicable Laws
The parties' rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt for any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with any matter arising under these Terms & Conditions in any jurisdiction where you reside, do business, or have assets.
Where there is any dispute or inconsistency arising from the text of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
Unenforceable Provisions
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such part will be ineffective to the extent of such invalid or unenforceable only, without affecting the remaining parts of the Terms and Conditions in any way.
