At Kamla, we help provide users with access to two distinct services:
a. Online Consultation:
Users may book virtual consultations with fertility specialists through the Platform. To proceed with this service, you must complete an online questionnaire, which includes details of your medical history, reproductive background, age, and lifestyle. Confidential information will be shared with the designated partner doctor for review of your case and to provide medical advice.
b. Marketing services to finance IVF and egg freezing:
Kamla also facilitates access to financing options for fertility-related treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) and egg freezing through one of the financing entities registered on the platform. To apply, users must complete a KYC form, which may require submission of sensitive personal and financial documents, including (but not limited to):
National identification card
Driver’s license
Club membership proof (if applicable)
Employment verification (salary slip)
Bank statements or tax card (for self-employed applicants)
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of KAMLA and all its related sites and services. By using the KAMLA Platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use the site.
These Terms and Conditions come into force once you accept service through the Platform or any other form of communication with KAMLA.

The User agrees and accepts that the use of the Platform and the Services provided by KAMLA is at the sole liability of the User and further acknowledges that KAMLA disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.

تعد كامله منصة رقمية صحية تهدف إلى دعم احتياجات النساء الطبية ونمط الحياة الصحي، من خلال ربطهن بأطباء استشاريين متخصصين في مجال أمراض النساء والولادة المرخصين والمحترفين.
في "كاملة" نوفر للمستخدمين إمكانية الاستفادة من خدمتين متميزتين، وذلك على النحو التالي:
أ. الاستشارة الإلكترونية:
يمكن للمستخدم حجز استشارة طبية عن بُعد مع طبيبات متخصصات في مجال الخصوبة. ويتطلب الحصول على هذه الخدمة تعبئة استبيان طبي، يشمل معلومات حول التاريخ الصحي، الخلفية الإنجابية، السن ونمط الحياة. سيتم مشاركة هذه المعلومات بسرية تامة مع الطبيبة الشريكة المختصة، بهدف دراسة الحالة وتقديم المشورة الطبية الملائمة.
ب. خدمات التسويق لتمويل علاجات الحقن المجهري وحفظ البويضات:
توفر "كاملة" إمكانية التقديم على تمويل العلاجات المتعلقة بالخصوبة، مثل الحقن المجهري (IVF) أو تجميد البويضات من خلال أحد جهات التمويل المسجلين على المنصة. ويستلزم ذلك ملء نموذج إلكتروني، يتضمن تقديم مستندات شخصية ومالية، قد تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
بطاقة الرقم القومي
رخصة القيادة
إثبات عضوية الأندية (إن وُجد)
مفردات المرتب (للعاملات بأجر)
كشف حساب بنكي أو بطاقة ضريبية (للعاملات لحسابهن الخاص)
يرد فيما يلي الشروط والأحكام التي تسري بشأن عملية استخدام منصة " كامله " وكذا كل ما يرتبط به من مواقع وخدمات، علما بأن استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية" كامله " إذ يعتبر بمثابة موافقة من جانبكم على الشروط والأحكام الماثلة. وإذا لم توافقوا على هذه الشروط والأحكام، فيكون عليكم عدم الدخول على الموقع أو استخدامه.
تتسري الشروط والاحكام الماثلة وتنفذ بمجرد قبولكم لأية خدمة تجري عبر المنصة الإلكترونية من خلال أية وسيلة تواصل أخرى مع كامله.
السارية لدينا والمُوافقة عليها باعتبارها جزءً لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط والأحكام.

ونرجو الإحاطة بأنه ينبغي مُراجعة
يُـوافق المستخدم، بل ويقبل بأن يكون استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية والخدمات التي تقدمها كامله استخداما يسري على مسئوليته الخاصة، كما يُـقر أيضا بأن كامله إذ تبرأ، بل وتعفى من أية إقراراتٍ أو ضماناتٍ من أي نوع، سواءً صدرت صراحة أو ضمنًا.
Definitions
The following definitions apply to the Terms and Conditions set out below. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, hereby set out the whole agreement and understanding between KAMLA and the “User” whether an individual or entity that accesses our Platform.
“We”, “Us”, “Our”, the “Company”, “KAMLA”, “Platform”, and “Application” shall refer to KAMLA, its employees, and authorized agents.
Users: shall refer to any independent people (whether an individual or entity) who benefit from the variety of services offered on the Platform.
Services: means KAMLA’s Services as described by these Terms and Conditions.
Service providers: refer to all independent third-party professionals, entities, or institutions engaged or connected through Kamla to provide services directly to users. These include, but are not limited to:
Licensed gynecologists and fertility specialists who offer online consultations, medical advice, diagnosis, and follow-up services;
Psychiatrists and psychotherapists who provide mental health consultations and therapeutic support;
Certified nutritionists who offer dietary and lifestyle guidance;
Financial institutions and fintech partners that assess and provide financing solutions for fertility-related treatments such as IVF and egg freezing.
Laboratories, diagnostic centers, and wellness professionals, where applicable, that may offer complementary or follow-up services through the Platform.
Platform means KAMLA Websites, Platforms, and Applications, whereby its Services shall be used.
Force Majeure: means an act of God, including but not limited to fire, floods, storms, hurricanes, typhoons, volcanic activities, or earthquakes, as well as acts, orders, or requests of a sovereign or a government and /or of anybody purporting to be or to act for such authority, wars, whether declared or not, war-like actions, revolutions, riots, civil insurrections, or civil commotions, as well as strikes, lockouts and/or similar actions in labor disputes, and any other comparable cause beyond the control of a party unless its performance has been expressly guaranteed by expressly waiving the exemption of a Force Majeure event.
Applicable Laws: means the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
تعريفات
تسري التعريفات التالية على الشروط والأحكام المعروضة أدناه، علما بأن هذه الشروط والأحكام هي وسياسة الخصوصية إذ تعتبر وبموجب هذه المُحرر كل ما تم الاتفاق عليه والتفاهم بشأنه فيما بين كامله و "المستخدم"، سواء كان المستخدم في صورة شخص أو كيان يقوم بالدخول على المنصة الالكترونية.
يُـشير لفظ "نحن"، و "لنا"، و"لدينا"، و"الشركة"، و " كامله "، و"الموقع" و"التطبيق" إلى كامله وعامليه والوكلاء المعتمدين لديه.
المستخدمين: الأشخاص المستقلين (سواء كان شخصا طبيعيا أو شخصا اعتباريا) الذين يستفيدون من مجموعة الخدمات المتنوعة التي يتم عرضها على المنصة.
الخدمات: ويقصد بها خدمات كامله الوارد بيانها وفق الشروط والاحكام الماثلة.
مقدّمي الخدمات: يشير مصطلح "مقدّمو الخدمات" إلى جميع المهنيين أو الكيانات أو المؤسسات المستقلة من الأطراف الثالثة، والذين يتم التعاقد معهم أو ربطهم من خلال منصة "كاملة" لتقديم الخدمات مباشرةً للمستخدم ويشمل ذلك – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر – ما يلي:
الأطباء المتخصصين في أمراض النساء والخصوبة المرخصين، الذين يقدمون استشارات طبية عبر الإنترنت، وتقديم النصائح الطبية، والتشخيص، والمتابعة؛
الأطباء النفسيين والمعالجين النفسيين الذين يقدمون استشارات في الصحة النفسية ودعمًا علاجيًا؛
أخصائي التغذية المعتمدين الذين يقدمون إرشادات غذائية ونصائح تتعلق بنمط الحياة؛
المؤسسات المالية وشركات التكنولوجيا المالية التي تقوم بدراسة وتوفير حلول تمويلية للعلاجات المتعلقة بالخصوبة مثل الحقن المجهري (IVF) أو تجميد البويضات؛
المختبرات، ومراكز التشخيص، والمختصين في مجال الصحة عند الاقتضاء، واللاتي قد يقدمن خدمات تكميلية أو متابعة من خلال المنصة.
المنصة الالكترونية يقصد بها المواقع الالكترونية والمنصات وتطبيقات كامله التي يتم الاستفادة من الخدمات المقدمة من خلاله.
القوة القاهرة: ويُـقصد بها أي حدث قدري، ومن ذلك على وجه العموم لا الحصر الحريق والفيضانات والعواصف والأعاصير والزوابع والنشاطات البركانية والزلازل، وكذا أية تصرفات أو أوامر أو طلبات تصدر من جهة سيادية أو حكومة و/أو أية هيئة يُـفترض أنها تعمل لصالح تلك الجهة، وكذا الحرب، سواء المعلنة أو غير المعلنة، والتصرفات المثيلة للحرب، والثورات، وحالات الشغب، والعصيان المدني، والاضطراب المدني، وكذا عمليات الإضراب، والتوقف عن العمل، و/أو ما شابة ذلك من حالات أو تصرفات تندرج ضمن النزاعات العمالية، وأي سبب آخر مثيل ويخرج عن نطاق تحكم أو سيطرة أي طرف، هذا ما لم يكن تنفيذه هو تنفيذ محل ضمان يسري بموجب تنازل صريح عن الإعفاء في حالة وقوع حدث القوة القاهرة.
القوانين واجبة التطبيق: ويقصد بها القوانين السارية لدى جمهورية مصر العربية.
Eligibility
In ensuring that Users can form legally binding contracts, eligibility to use the site is not granted to people under the age of 18 years, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to Terms and Conditions and that you and the business entity will comply with all applicable laws and terms governing the use of the Platform.
الصلاحية
حتى نضمن أن المستخدمين لديهم القدرة على إبرام عقود قانونية مُـلزمة، فلا يتم منح صلاحية استخدام الموقع للأشخاص ممن تقل أعمارهم عن ١٨ عاما أو عن السن القانونية السارية في منطقتكم، أيهما أعلى.
وإذا قمتم بالتسجيل بصفتكم جهة عمل(شركة)، فيكون عليكم الإقرار بأن لديكم الصلاحية اللازمة لإلزام الكيان الخاص بكم بالشروط والأحكام الماثلة، وأنكم وكذا كيان العمل ستلتزمون بكل ما هو واجب التطبيق من قوانين واشتراطاتٍ تسري على - وتخضع لها- عملية استخدام المنصة الالكترونية.
Accounts and Registration
Account registration requires you to submit to KAMLA certain personal information, including but not limited to your full name, address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain true and accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and as such, you agree to always maintain the security of your Account username and password, unless otherwise permitted by KAMLA in writing.
User accounts are not transferable. You agree to reimburse KAMLA for any improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the Platform, Services, or otherwise by using your designated username and password, whether or not you authorized such access.
If KAMLA suspects, at its sole discretion, that any of the information you provided is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of KAMLA under these Terms and Conditions or the Applicable Laws, we have the right to suspend or limit your access to the Platform and its Services.
KAMLA may (in its sole discretion and at any time) make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), and request that you respond with further information or documentation, including, without limitation, to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a business entity or registered on behalf of a business entity, such information or documentation may include your trade license, other incorporation documents, and/or documentation showing any person's authority to act on your behalf. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to KAMLA upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, KAMLA, without liability, may limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Platform. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed/unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time, which are hereby incorporated and made an integral part hereof.
الحسابات والتسجيل
تستلزم منكم عملية تسجيل الحساب أن تتقدموا إلى كامله بمعلوماتٍ شخصية معينة ومنها على وجه العموم لا الحصر الاسم بالكامل والعنوان، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف. ويكون عليكم الموافقة على أن يتم حفظ معلوماتٍ صحيحة ودقيقة وكاملة، بل ومُحدثة بشأنكم على الحساب. كما سيكون عليكم أن تتحملوا المسئولية عن كل نشاطٍ يجري في إطار حسابكم، كما تلتزمون بالموافقة على الحفاظ وباستمرار على سريان إجراءاتٍ أمنية على اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصة بحسابكم، هذا ما لم تصرح كامله بغير ذلك كتابة.
وحيث أنه لا يجوز نقل أو حوالة حسابات المستخدم، فلهذا يكون عليكم الموافقة على أن تردوا إلى كامله قيمة أية عملية استخدام لحسابكم، ولم تكن عملية صحيحة أو مُصرح بها أو تسري وفق القانون، وحدث ذلك من جانبكم أو من جانب أي شخص يمكنه الدخول على المنصة الالكترونية أو الخدمات أو خلافه من خلال استخدام اسم المستخدم أو كلمة المرور المحددة من جانبكم، بل وسواء سمحتم بذلك الدخول أم لا.
وإذا نما لدى كامله (وحسب مطلق اختيارها) ثمة شكوك بأن أية معلومة من المعلومات التي تقدمتم بها هي معلومة غير صحيحة، أو غير دقيقة، أو غير كاملة، أو غير محدثة، دونما إخلال بأية حقوق أخرى وتعويضاتٍ مكفولة لكامله وفق الشروط والاحكام الماثلة أو بمقتضى القوانين واجبة المنصة الالكترونية، فيكون لدينا الحق في إيقاف عملية دخولكم على المنصة الالكترونية وخدماتها، أو تحديد هذا الدخول أو قصره.
ويجوز لكامله القيام (وحسب مطلق اختيارها، بل وفي أي حين) بإبداء أية استفسارات تراها ضرورية (سواء تم ذلك بصورة مباشرة أو من خلال طرف من الغير)، وكذا مطالبتكم بتقديم الرد وبمزيد من المعلومات أو المستندات، ومنها على وجه العموم لا الحصر معلوماتٍ ومستندات للتحقق من هويتكم و/أو ملكيتكم لسنداتكم المالية. ودونما تقييد لما سلف بيانه، فإذا كنتم بمثابة جهة عمل أو مسجلين بالنيابة عن جهة عمل، فيجوز أن تشمل هذه المعلومات أو المستندات الترخيص التجاري وغير ذلك من مستنداتٍ رسمية خاصة بالشركة و/أو مستنداتٍ تستعرض أية صلاحية مكفولة لأي شخص للعمل نيابة عنكم. ويكون عليكم الموافقة على توفير أية معلوماتٍ و/أو مستندات إلى كامله فور طلبها إياها. كما يكون عليكم الإقرار والموافقة على أنه إذا تعذر عليكم القيام بذلك، فيجوز لكامله القيام ودونما أية مسئولية عليه بتقييد أو إيقاف أو سحب عملية دخولكم على المنصة الالكترونية. كما نحتفظ أيضا بالحق في إلغاء أية حساباتٍ لم يرد تأكيد بشأنها أو لم يتم التحقق منها أو أية حساباتٍ لم تكن مفعلة لمدة طويلة.
وعند إتمام عملية التسجيل من جانبكم، يكون عليكم الإقرار بأنكم اطلعتم على الشروط والأحكام الماثلة، بل وتفهمتموها ووافقتم على الالتزام بها، وكذا سياسة الخصوصية، بل وكل ما يطرأ عليها من تعديل من حين لآخر، حيث تعتبر السياسة وتعديلاتها - وبموجب هذا المحرر- بمثابة جزء لا يتجزأ، بل وتندرج ضمن الشروط والاحكام الماثلة.
Services
The Services of KAMLA Platform are designed specifically to facilitate communication between Users and Service Providers, including but not limited to (Doctors – Medical Clinics – Hospitals – Medical Centers – Pharmacies - Scanning Labs – Medical Analysis Centers - Psychiatrists - psychotherapists - certified nutritionists), and where KAMLA is designed to display the data of medical Service Providers so that the users can benefit from the services displayed through KAMLA, which are described as follows:
1. Booking online Consultation with Doctors and/or Clinics: KAMLA displays their data, including but not limited to (names, addresses, prices, mobile numbers, doctors’ specialties, qualifications, doctors’ ratings, and available booking dates), and users can schedule consultations with certified gynecologists.
2. Booking appointments for medical examination/scan/blood test at hospitals, Medical Centers, and blood labs: KAMLA displays their data, including but not limited to (names, addresses, doctors available, number of available rooms, the area and prices, and the available medical services).
3. GYNECOLOGY SPECIALITIES (not limited to):
Fertility and reproductive health
Family planning and menstrual health and disorders
Maternal wellness and postpartum support
Mental wellness consultations
4. Submit medical and lifestyle information through a dedicated online questionnaire prepared to facilitate better diagnosis and care which contains, for example, (age- medical history - lifestyle - chronic diseases)
5. Secure messaging, scheduling tools, and a knowledge center focused on women’s health.
6. Access features such as appointment booking, communication tools, presenting Kamla’s provided services including (quick-reply messaging bot - voice AI agent) to answer questions about KAMLA’s services and educational content focused on women’s health and empowerment.
7. Kamla may incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance the user experience and support medical professionals. Artificial intelligence tools will respond quickly to your questions about Kamla, for example (its services, pricing, how to book, etc) according to the inputs and information provided by users until the specialist responds. However, one should not be satisfied solely and rely on the outputs of artificial intelligence because they are only general instructions, and a specialist doctor must be consulted
الخدمات
تتمثل خدمات المنصة الالكترونية كامله بأنها مصممة خصيصاً لتسهيل التواصل بين المستخدمين ومقدمي الخدمات ومنهم على سبيل المثال لا الحصر (الأطباء – المستشفيات – المراكز الطبية - لأطباء والمعالجين النفسيين - اخصائي التغذية المعتمدين)، وحيث ان كامله صُممت لتعرض بيانات مقدمي الخدمات الطبية ليتمكن المستخدمين من الاستفادة بالخدمات المعروضة عبر كامله والموضحة على النحو التالي:
1. حجز استشارة طبية مع الأطباء و/او العيادات: حيث تقوم كامله بعرض بياناتهم ومنها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر (الأسماء، العناوين، قيمة الكشف، الارقام، تخصصات الأطباء، مؤهلاتهم العلمية، التقييمات الخاصة بكل طبيب، ومواعيد الحجز المتاحة) ويمكن للمستخدم حجز الاستشارات مع أطباء أمراض النساء المعتمدين من وزاره الصحة.
2. المستشفيات و/أو المراكز الطبية أو مراكز تحاليل: تقوم كامله بعرض بياناتهم ومنها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر (الأسماء، العناوين ، الأطباء المتاحين، عدد الغرف المتاحة ومساحتها واسعارها، الخدمات الطبية المتاحة بداخلها).
3. تخصصات أطباء أمراض النساء(على سبيل المثال لا الحصر):
الخصوبة والصحة الإنجابية·
تنظيم الاسرة وصحة واضطرابات الدورة الشهرية·
صحة الام ودعم ما بعد الولادة
استشارات الصحة النفسية
4. تقديم المعلومات الطبية ونمط الحياة من خلال الاستبيان الطبي المخصص المعد لتسهيل التشخيص والرعاية بشكل أفضل والذي يحتوي على سبيل المثال (التدخين – التاريخ الطبي -الامراض المزمنة)
5. المراسلة الامنة، وأدوات الجدولة، ومركز المعرفة الذي يركز على صحة المرأة.
6. الوصول الي ميزات مثل حجز المواعيد، وأدوات الاتصال توضح الخدمات المقدمة من كامله بما في ذلك (خاصية الرد السريع على الرسائل، عميل ذكاء اصطناعي صوتي) و التي تقوم بالرد علي الاسئلة الخاصة بالخدمات التي توفرها منصة كامله،والمحتوى التعليمي الذي يركز على صحة المرأة وتمكينها.
7. قد تدمج كامله ادوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين تجربة المستخدم فتقوم أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي بالرد السريع على اسئلتكم عن كامله علي سبيل المثال (الخدمات، الاسعار، طريقه الحجز، الخ…) وفقا للمدخلات والمعلومات التي يقدمها المستخدمين لحين رد المختص. الا انه لا يجب الاكتفاء فقط والاعتماد على مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي لأنها فقط ارشادات العامة ويجب استشاره طبيب مختص.
Terms of the services provided through KAMLA
All medical consultations are provided exclusively by registered and independently practicing gynecologists. Kamla does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The responsibility for all clinical decisions, advice, prescriptions, and follow-up care lies entirely with the attending physician. Kamla acts solely as a digital intermediary.
You acknowledge that while Kamla facilitates the collection of lifestyle and health-related data, any resulting advice, diagnosis, or treatment is based on the doctor’s professional judgment and the data provided by you.
شروط الخدمات المقدمة من خلال كامله
تُقدّم جميع الاستشارات الطبية حصريًا من قِبل أطباء أمراض نساء مسجلين وممارسين مستقلين. لا تُقدّم كامله أي نصائح طبية أو تشخيصات أو علاجات. تقع مسؤولية جميع القرارات السريرية والنصائح والوصفات الطبية والرعاية اللاحقة بالكامل على عاتق الطبيب المُعالج. تعمل كامله كوسيط رقمي فقط.
أنت تقر بأنه في حين أن كامله تسهل جمع البيانات المتعلقة بأسلوب الحياة والصحة الخاصة بك، فإن أي نصيحة أو تشخيص أو علاج ناتج يعتمد على الحكم المهني للطبيب والمعلومات المقدمة منكِ.
Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you agree that you are communicating with us electronically. Therefore, you consent to receive periodic communications from us. KAMLA will communicate with you via e-mail or may send you information via text messages (SMS) or Whatsapp messages, as well as by posting notices on the Platform as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You acknowledge that opting out of any of the said means of communication may affect your use of the Services.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
KAMLA will request your agreement during the registration process to send you promotional emails or notifications related to the Platform and its Services. If at any time, you decide that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
عمليات التواصل الإلكتروني
عند إنشاء حساب، يكون عليكم الموافقة على انكم ستتواصلون معنا إلكترونيا. وبالتالي، عليكم الموافقة على استلام رسائل دورية من جانبنا. وسوف يتواصل معكم كامله عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو قد يرسل لكم معلومات عبر رسائل نصية قصيرة او رسائل من خلال تطبيق واتس اب، وكذا القيام بنشر إخطاراتٍ على المنصة الالكترونية كجزء من إدارة الأعمال المعتادة والتي ترتبط بعملية استخدامكم للخدمات. ويكون عليكم الإقرار بأن اختياركم عدم تطبيق وسائل التواصل المذكورة هو أمر من شأنه إحداث ثمة تأثير على عملية استخدامكم للخدمات.
كما يكون عليكم الموافقة على أن تكون جميع الاتفاقات والاخطارات والا فصاحات وغير ذلك من مراسلاتٍ مما نقوم بتقديمها اليكم إلكترونيا هي مراسلاتٍ تستوفي أي اشتراط قانوني يستلزم تقديم تلك المراسلات على نحو كتابي.

Payments
KAMLA offers users the ability to pay for medical consultations and related services through a secure and licensed third-party payment gateway.
KAMLA reserves the right to alter, change, modify, or provide any payment methods.
KAMLA provides online payment services through Third-Party Providers. KAMLA shall not store any data related to credit cards. KAMLA shall have no responsibility for any error, damage, or matter similar that may arise to the User as a result of using the online payment, such shall be the responsibility of the Third-Party Provider.
The User shall ensure sufficient coverage of the respective account that covers the orders and shall abide by the credit card transaction limits.
KAMLA shall not charge users any additional fees for making online payments.
KAMLA may (in its sole discretion and at any time), make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), and request that you provide it with further information, fill KYC form and provide requested documents including but not limited to (driver's license, National ID, Card membership, and tax card if needed) to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to KAMLA upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, KAMLA, without liability, may cancel the transaction, limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Platform and/or your membership in the Platform.
المدفوعات
توفر كامله إمكانية الدفع مقابل الخدمات الطبية أو الاستشارية عبر بوابات دفع إلكترونية مرخصة وآمنة.
وتحتفظ كامله بالحق في إجراء أي تغيير أو تعديل في وسيلة السداد أو عملية توفيرها.
توفر كامله خدمات سداد إلكتروني من خلال مقدمي الخدمة من الغير، علما بأن كامله لن تقوم بتخزين أية بياناتٍ ترتبط ببطاقات الائتمان. ولا تتحمل كامله أيما مسئولية عن أي خطأ أو ضرر أو أي أمر مثيل قد يتعرض له المستخدم من واقع أو جراء استخدام وسيلة السداد الإلكتروني، حيث يقع ذلك على مسئولية مقدم الخدمة من الغير.
ويكون على المستخدم أن يضمن وجود تغطية مالية كافية في الحساب ذو الصلة، بحيث يُمكن تغطية الخدمات المقدمة، كما يكون عليه الالتزام بحدود معاملات بطاقة الائتمان.
ولا تفرض كامله أية رسوم إضافية على المستخدمين من واقع إجراء عملية السداد إلكترونيا .
ويجوز لكامله القيام (وحسب مطلق اختياره، بل وفي أي حين) بإبداء أية استفساراتٍ يراها ضرورية (وذلك سوءا بصورة مباشرة أو من خلال الغير)، كما يجوز له أن يطلب منكم موافاته بالمزيد من المعلومات و ملء نموذج تحقق من الهوية (KYC) و تقديم الوثائق المطلوبه علي سبيل المثال لا الحصر (بطاقة الرقم القومي، رخصة القيادة، بطاقة عضوية النادي (إن وجدت) و البطاقة الضريبية أو كشف الحساب البنكي (عند الحاجة)، و ذلك للتحقق من هويتكم و/أو ملكيتكم للسندات المالية. ويكون عليكم بالتالي الموافقة على توفير أية معلوماتٍ و/أو مستنداتٍ إلى كامله فور طلبه إياها. كما يكون عليكم الإقرار والموافقة على أنه إذا تعذر عليكم ذلك، فيجوز لكامله القيام - ودونما أية مسئولية عليها- بإلغاء المعاملة أو تقييد أو إيقاف إمكانية دخولكم على المنصة الالكترونية أو سحب عضويتكم منه.

حقوق التأليف والعلامات التجارية
بالنسبة لجميع المحتوى الوارد على المنصة الالكترونية، ومن ذلك على وجه العموم لا الحصر النص، وصور الجرافيك، وشعارات كامله، والازرار، والصور، والمقاطع الصوتية، وعمليات التحميل الرقمي، وتجميع البيانات، والبرامج الالكترونية، فيعتبر ذلك المحتوى بمثابة ملكية، بل وعمل كامله خاص بكامله أو بمرخصيه. كما يخضع هذا المحتوى للحماية بموجب حق المؤلف وحقوق العلامات التجارية وبراءات الاختراع وغير ذلك من حقوق ملكية فكرية وقوانين. كما يكون المحتوى المجمع على المنصة الالكترونية بمثابة ملكية حصرية لكامله وحق تأليف لها، بل ويخضع للحماية بموجب حق المؤلف وحقوق العلامات التجارية وبراءات الاختراع وغير ذلك من حقوق ملكية فكرية وقوانين.

Use the services only for lawful, non-commercial personal healthcare purposes.
Understand that any delay or failure to provide requested information may impact the quality of the medical service.

انت توافق علي:
تقديم معلومات شخصية وطبية دقيقة عبر نموذج الاستبيان طبي" الخاص بالمنصة.
استخدام الخدمات فقط لأغراض الرعاية الصحية الشخصية القانونية وغير التجارية
.فهم أن أي تأخير أو إخفاق في تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة قد يؤثر علي جودة الخدمة الطبية.
نظير التزام المستخدم بالشروط والأحكام الماثلة، تمنح كامله إلى المستخدم ترخيصًا محدودا وغير حصري ولا يجوز منحه من الباطن وغير قابل للإلغاء أو الإبطال، بل وغير قابل للحوالة أو النقل فيما يتعلق بما يلي:
- الدخول على الخدمات واستخدامها فيما يتعلق بعملية تقديم الخدمات وحسب.
- والدخول على أي محتوى واستخدامه وكذا أية معلومات وما يرتبط بها من مواد قد تتوفر من خلال الخدمات.
علما بأن أي حق لم يتم منحه على نحو صريح في هذه الشروط هو حق محفوظ لكامله، بل ويجوز إلغاؤه أو ابطاله في أي حين، بل ودونما أي إخطارٍ بذلك إلى المستخدم.
ويحظر على العميل استخدام أية علامة تجارية أو أي حقوق ملكية فكرية تخص كامله ، وذلك من أي جزء من الخدمات، كما يحظر عليه إعادة إنتاج الخدمات أو تعديلها أو إجراء أية عملية إعداد أو نشر أو تنفيذ أو إرسال أو عرض أو بث أو غير ذلك من وسائل استغلال الخدمات، هذا ما لم يسمح كامله بذلك أو يأذن صراحة وبصورة كتابية، كما لا يجوز إجراء أعمال تفكيك لنظام الخدمات أو أية هندسية عكسية أو إعادة تشكيل لها، أو القيام بربط أي جزء من الخدمات بأي نظام عاكس أو تأطيره أو وضع أية برامج أو نصوص لغرض إزالة أي جزء من الخدمات أو فهرستها أو مسحها أو إجراء غير ذلك من عمليات استخراج للبيانات منه، أو القيام بتحميل عملية التشغيل و/ أو العمل الوظيفي لأي منحى من مناحي الخدمات بأحمال لا مبرر لها أو القيام بإعاقتها أو محاولة الحصول على إمكانية الدخول عليها دونما تصريح بذلك أو العمل على الإضرار بالخدمات أو ما يرتبط بها من أنظمة أو شبكات.
ولا يجوز للمستخدم القيام في أي موضع آخر بالموقع (وذلك حسبما يتقرر وحسب مطلق اختيارنا) بأية عملية نشر للآتي: أية دعاية لغرض الاستقطاب، أو أية إعلانات، أو استخدام لغة مبتذلة، أو مواد تشوبها البذاءة أو تحتوي على سباب أو تجاوزات من الناحية الثقافية أو الدينية أو أي محتوى سياسي نقدي أو مواد من شأنها إحداث تهديد للصالح العام أو الأمن القومي أو التسبب في إساءة السمعة، أو القذف، أو التشهير، أو أي محتوى آخر قد تشوبه الإهانة أو البذاءة.
Privacy and Confidentiality
The User(s) agree not to disclose, share, or disseminate any information obtained through their use of the Kamla Platform, including any information received as part of their service contract or interaction with Kamla, to any third party without prior written consent from Kamla.All information accessed or made available that pertains to Kamla’s operations, partnerships, medical network, business models, user data, or technological infrastructure shall be treated as strictly confidential. The User(s) acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or misuse of such information may cause serious and irreparable harm to Kamla’s business, reputation, and commercial interests.The User further agrees not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to establish direct contact, business arrangements, or consultations with any doctors, medical professionals, or service providers introduced or made accessible through Kamla, without Kamla’s prior written approval. Any such circumvention shall be considered a material breach of these Terms.The User shall be fully liable to indemnify Kamla for any damages, financial losses, or reputational harm resulting from any violation of this clause. This obligation shall survive the termination of the relationship between the User and Kamla.
- Sharing your information with doctors for the purpose of consultation and follow-up care.
- Anonymized use of your data for scientific research aimed at advancing women's healthcare.
- Secure storage and processing of all data in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.
السرية والخصوصية
تعهد المستخدم بعدم الكشف أو مشاركة أو إفشاء أي معلومات يتم الحصول عليها من خلال استخدام منصة أو تطبيق "كاملة"، بما في ذلك أي معلومات ناتجة عن التعاقد على الخدمات أو التفاعل مع "كاملة"، إلى أي طرف ثالث دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من "كاملة".
تُعد كافة المعلومات التي يطّلع عليها المستخدمين والمتعلقة بأنشطة "كاملة"، وشبكة شركائها من الطبيبات، وهياكل العمل، وبيانات المستخدمين، والتقنيات الداخلية، معلومات سرية يجب الحفاظ عليها وعدم استخدامها بأي شكل قد يُلحق ضررًا تجاريًا أو معنويًا بـ"كاملة".
كما يلتزم المستخدم بعدم الالتفاف على منصة "كاملة" أو محاولة التواصل أو التعاقد أو التنسيق بشكل مباشر مع أي طبيبة أو مقدمة خدمة تم التعرف عليها أو الوصول إليها من خلال المنصة، دون إذن خطي مسبق من "كاملة". ويُعد أي التفاف على هذه العلاقة خرقًا جسيمًا لشروط الاستخدام.
يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة، ويلتزمن بتعويض "كاملة" عن أي أضرار مالية، أو خسائر تجارية، أو أذى لسمعتها نتيجة أي انتهاك لهذا البند. وتظل هذه الالتزامات سارية حتى بعد انتهاء العلاقة بين المستخدم و"كاملة"
- مشاركة معلوماتك مع الأطباء لأغراض الاستشارة والرعاية اللاحقة.

IN ADDITION, KAMLA MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES REQUESTED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. KAMLA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, OR ABILITY OF THE SERVICES. KAMLA SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, CONDUCT, OR OUTCOME OF SERVICES RENDERED BY SERVICES PROVIDERS. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND ENGAGING WITH SUCH PROVIDERS AT THEIR DISCRETION AND JUDGMENT.
الإبراء من المسئولية

Limitations of Liability
KAMLA shall not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damage, lost data, or damage to your bank account or your KAMLA account, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. KAMLA shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses incurred by you arising out of your use of or your inability to access or use the Services or any transaction or relationship between you and any Service Provider, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damage. KAMLA shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond KAMLA`s reasonable control. These limitations do not permit liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws.
KAMLA shall be entitled to disclose any User information it may possess to affiliated corporate entities within its group of companies, or if required by law, or if requested or directed to do so by any official government body. KAMLA will do so at its sole discretion or as we may determine to be suitable or in our best interest to do so.
KAMLA shall be entitled to disclose any User information to any of the Service Providers to the extent that enables them to offer their services or products.
KAMLA shall be entitled to add to, vary, or amend any or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The User shall be bound by any additions, variations, or amendments once incorporated into these Terms and Conditions on KAMLA’s Platform.
KAMLA shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of services due to technical maintenance or force majeure.
KAMLA shall not be liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content or automated recommendations.
KAMLA shall not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damage, lost data, or damages that may arise, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. KAMLA shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses incurred by you arising out of your use of or reliance on the Services or your inability to access or use the Services or any transaction or relationship between you and the Third-Party Service Providers, even if KAMLA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.KAMLA shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond KAMLA`s reasonable control.
These limitations do not purport to limit liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws.
حدود المسئولية
لا تتحمل كامله المسئولية تجاهكم عن أية أضرارٍ مباشرة، او غير مباشرة، أو أضرار عارضة، أو خاصة، أو جزائية، أو عقابية، أو تبعية، ومن ذلك فقد البيانات أو اي اضرار بحسابكم الشخصي في البنك او حسابكم على المنصة الالكترونية، وذلك، حتى لو كانت كامله قد احيطت علمًا باحتمال وقوع هذه الاضرار. ولا تتحمل كامله المسئولية عن أية أضرار أو أية مسئولية أو أية خسائر تتحملونها وتنشأ من واقع استخدامكم للخدمات أو جراء عدم تمكنكم من الدخول على الخدمات أو استخدامها أو من واقع أية معاملة جرت أو علاقة نشأت بينكم وبين مقدمي الخدمات، وذلك، حتى لو تم إحاطة كامله بإمكانية وقوع تلك الاضرار. كما لا تتحمل كامله المسئولية عن أية حالة تأخير أو إخفاق في التنفيذ، وكان ذلك يرجع لأسباب خارجة عن نطاق التحكم المعقول لكامله. ولا يجوز اعتبار حدود المسئولية المذكورة حدودا تقيد أو تحد من أية مسئولية لا تستثنيها القوانين واجبة المنصة الالكترونية.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KAMLA, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers, and employees, and to reimburse KAMLA with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy or use by you or any service provider of the same Services
التعويض
يكون عليكم الموافقة على تعويض كامله بل وتجنيبها الضرر هي وكياناتها التابعة وجهات الرعاية لديها وشركائها ومدراءها ومسئوليها وعامليها من أية ضرر بل ومن جميع الخسائر والتعويضات والمسئوليات والدعاوى والاحكام القضائية والتسويات والغرامات والتكاليف والمصروفات (ومنها ما هو معقول من مصروفات قانونية واتعاب محاماة وتكاليف تحقيق) بل وصرف قيمتها إلى كامله ، وذلك إذا كانت هذه المصروفات تنشأ او ترتبط بأي إخلال يقع من جانبكم بالشروط والاحكام الماثلة أو بسياسة الخصوصية السارية لدينا أو باستخدامكم أو أي مقدم خدمات للخدمات الماثلة.
Refund policy
If the User requests a refund of the amounts paid in cash to the Service Providers, the possibility and method of refund shall depend on the Service Providers' refund policy.
In case of canceling the reservation, whether by the Service Providers or the User, before 48 hours from the consultation, the fees paid shall be fully refunded.
If the User requests a refund of the amounts paid through one of the electronic payment methods available on the Platform, the amount shall be refunded within 28 days after deducting the administrative expenses, if any, provided that the reservation is canceled 48 hours before the consultation.
KAMLA applies the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 regarding the exchange/ refund policy.
KAMLA shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the provisioning of Services if caused by acts of God, including but not limited to declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities that are not caused by a failure to pay, labor disputes, or other similar events beyond our control that may prevent or delay service provisioning.
سياسة الاسترداد
في حالة طلب المستخدم استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة نقداً لمقدمي الخدمات، فإن إمكانية وطريقة الاسترداد ستعتمد على سياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بمقدمي الخدمة.
في حالة الغاء الحجز سواء من قبل مقدمي الخدمة أو المستخدم قبل 48 ساعة من وقت حجز الاستشارة يجوز استرجاع الرسوم المدفوعة بالكامل.
في حالة طلب المستخدم استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة من خلال إحدى وسائل الدفع الالكتروني المتاحة على المنصة الالكترونية، يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 28 يوم بعد خصم المصروفات الإدارية إن وجدت وذلك بشرط الغاء الحجز قبل ميعاد الاستشارة ب 48 ساعة.
تطبق كامله أحكام قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018 فيما يتعلق بسياسة الاسترجاع السارية لديها.
لا تتحمل كامله المسئولية عن أية حالة تأخير أو تعطيل أو إخفاق في تقديم الخدمات إذا كان السبب في ذلك يرجع لأية أحداث قاهرة، ومنها على وجه العموم لا الحصر حالة الحرب (سواء كانت معلنة أو غير معلنة) والحريق والفيضان والعاصفة والانزلاق والزلزال وانقطاع الكهرباء وعدم القدرة على الحصول على المعدات أو التوريدات أو غير ذلك من مرافق أو تسهيلات، وكان ذلك لا يرجع لأي إخفاق في السداد، والنزاعات العمالية أو ما شابة ذلك من أحداث خارجة عن نطاق التحكم من جانبنا وكان من شأنها منع تقديم الخدمات أو تأخيرها.
Applicable Laws
The parties' rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt for any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with any matter arising under these Terms & Conditions in any jurisdiction where you reside, do business, or have assets.
Where there is any dispute or inconsistency arising from the text of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
القوانين واجبة التطبيق
تخضع الحقوق والالتزامات الخاصة بالأطراف وفق الشروط والاحكام الماثلة، بل وتفسر وتؤول بما يتوافق وقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
كما أنكم وبموجب هذا المُحرر إذ تخضعون ودون قيد أو شرط لمناط الاختصاص الحصري لمحاكم جمهورية مصر العربية، وذلك بالنسبة لأية منازعات تنشأ من واقع الشروط والاحكام الماثلة أو فيما يتعلق بها، كما يتعين عليكم التنازل عن أي حق لكم في اتخاذ أية إجراءات قانونية في أية منطقة أو مناط اختصاص آخر، في حين يكون من حقنا اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فيما يتعلق بأي موضوع ينشأ بصدد الشروط والاحكام الماثلة في أية منطقة تقيمون فيها أو تجرون بها أعمالكم أو يكون لكم بها أية أصول.
في حالة وقوع أي نزاع أو ثمة تعارض ينشأ من واقع نص الشروط والاحكام الماثلة، فيسري حينئذٍ النص العربي.
Unenforceable Provisions
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such part will be ineffective to the extent of such invalid or unenforceable only, without affecting the remaining parts of the Terms and Conditions in any way.
الأحكام المقرر عدم سريانها
إذا تقرر عدم صلاحية أي جزء من الشروط والأحكام الماثلة أو عدم سريانها أو نفاذها وفق القانون واجب التطبيق، فيعتبر حينئذٍ ذلك الجزء بمثابة غير ساري أو نافذ في حدود ما هو مقرر عدم صلاحيته أو سريانه أو نفاذه وحسب، ودون أن يؤثر ذلك وبأي حال من الأحوال على باقي أجزاء الشروط والأحكام.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with KAMLA’s Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time and posted at
constitutes the complete agreement and understanding between us with respect to the Service and supersedes any other form of Agreement.
مُجمل الاتفاق
يمثل الاتفاق الماثل وكذا سياسة الخصوصية السارية لدى كامله، بل وما يطرأ عليهم من تحديث من حين لآخر وما يتم نشره بشأنهم على
كل ما تم الاتفاق والتوافق والتفاهم بشأنه فيما بيننا، وذلك فيما يتعلق بالخدمات، كما ينسخ أي مما سلفه من اتفاقات أخرى من أي نوع.
